Sabaudia: ( - one of my favorites)

Sperlonga:
This is a picturesque beach town located around 130 km from Rome. About 2 hours by train.
Santa Marinella:
This is another popular beach located around 60 km from Rome. The beach has fine sand and clear water, and there are many beach clubs and bars along the coast.
Gaeta: is also around 2 hours south of Rome by train. The town has beautiful beaches, a historic harbor and a medieval castle that is worth a visit. There are also many restaurants and shops here.
Terracina is another great seaside resort located about 1 hour south of Rome by train. The beach here is beautiful and there are also many great places to eat and drink.
Formia is about 1.5 hours south of Rome by train and is known for its beautiful beaches and cliffs. The city also has many great shops and restaurants to explore.

Sirmione:
This is a beautiful town on the south side of Lake Garda, around an hour and a half's drive from Milan. The city has several beaches and bathing areas, including Jamaica Beach and Punta Grò.
Genoa: (salt water)
This is a beautiful harbor town on the Ligurian coast, around two hours by train or car from Milan. The town has several beaches and bathing areas, including Bagni Lido and Bagni San Nazaro.
