The head of Bedrift AS sends out this invitation to his managers! When we now have our next strategy meeting, I have chosen to do everything differently. We will hold a meeting in the wonderful Palm de Mallorca where we will challenge each other - to think new things! We will therefore be staying in Puro House, a unique hotel with only 11 rooms, the same number as we will be staying in total, including the management team and some support people. This idea is completely free, it is not paid by anyone, just a thought I got.
Inspiration
We are going to visit one of the largest cathedrals in the world, there we are going to look upside down and think what was the strategy of those who made this structure endure so much, for so many years.
Then we will experience art, perhaps be a little provoked and hopefully also inspired. Finally, there will also be some culture. We will also enjoy good food and drink, but there will be some surprises here.

So welcome to the creative strategy meeting. Even if the krone exchange rate is plummeting, electricity and foodstuffs are rising, we must find new ways of thinking. The challenge is, which 5 areas do we need to improve on and what do we need to be better at in order to succeed in today's challenges? So read on.

Puro House is the most exclusive part of this hotel and is perfect for small groups who want peace and privacy during their creative stay.
This hotel has been "converted" from an old Mallorcan palace and completely renovated, while retaining the original structure of the building. There are 11 stately rooms in the Superior category, an open kitchen, living room and several smaller terraces, including one with a jacuzzi.
The main room is a very inviting lounge with a large wing-shaped sculpture adorning the open fireplace. The lounge can be used to hold informal meetings in lounge or conference style for 11 people.
This is the perfect place for different needs and stays, but still with Puro's excellent service. It is a multi-functional space where you can enjoy open kitchens, cooking classes, photography classes, leadership development, wine tasting, private dining, cocktail parties and more.
It can also accommodate up to 40 people for a cocktail dinner. One of our guests' favorite areas is the outdoor jacuzzi terrace.
